1. Who we are

The website robbbertonepizza.it (the "Site") is operated by Robbbertone Pizza S.r.l.s., registered office Via Dante, 17 – 83050 Sant'Angelo all'Esca (AV), Italy, VAT no. IT03221000643, email robbbertonepizzascoo@libero.it, phone +39 333 207 3272 ("we" or the "Seller").

The online store is hosted on the Shopify platform.

2. Scope

These conditions govern the use of the Site and all sales concluded through it between the Seller and the customer. If you buy as a consumer, i.e. for purposes outside your professional activity, the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) also apply and prevail over any clause in these conditions. Conditions for business customers are in section 11.

You must be of legal age to purchase.

3. Products and services

We sell par-baked pizza bases and mini pizzas, other food products, pizza courses (online and in person) and consultancy for pizzerias. The main features, ingredients, allergens and expiry of each product are shown on the product page and on the label. Images are illustrative: as products are handmade, they may look slightly different.

4. Prices

Prices are in euro and, for consumers, include VAT. Shipping costs are set out in the shipping policy and at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place the order applies.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Before confirming you can check and correct the data you entered. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud: in that case we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.

6. Payment

We accept payment cards, PayPal and, where available, cash on delivery. Available methods and any surcharges are shown at checkout. Card data is handled directly by the payment providers and is not stored by us.

7. Delivery

We deliver within Italy only. Times, costs and what to do if a parcel is damaged or lost are described in the shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the products.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days, with the exceptions set out in art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (for example food products opened after delivery and the online course once access is activated). Procedure, exclusions, refunds and the withdrawal form are in the returns and refunds policy.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code applies to consumers. If a product is not conforming, write to us with your order number and a photo: we will offer a replacement or a refund. For food products please report the issue as soon as possible, so that we can check it before the product expires.

10. Courses and consultancy

Dates, venue, duration and content of in-person courses and consultancy are shown on the product page or agreed with you after purchase. If we have to cancel or move a date, we will offer a new date or a full refund. To reschedule your participation, write to us at least 7 days in advance. The online course is for personal use only: you may not share access or copy or distribute its content.

11. Business customers (B2B)

Businesses with a VAT number can apply for a business account through the Professionals area. Once approved, the customer sees the reserved prices in the shop, shown excluding VAT. For purchases by business customers:

  • the right of withdrawal and the other protections reserved to consumers do not apply;
  • orders must be placed at least 48 hours before delivery; orders placed on Friday are delivered the following Tuesday;
  • any damage or non-conformity must be reported within 48 hours of delivery;
  • we may suspend the account or change the reserved conditions with reasonable notice.

12. Use of the Site

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, send malicious code, collect other users' data or copy texts, photos and videos without our written consent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

13. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date and the service always available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. Towards consumers, no clause in these conditions limits our liability beyond what the law allows.

14. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy policy.

15. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint write to robbbertonepizzascoo@libero.it: we reply within 7 business days. These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For disputes with business customers, the Court of Avellino has exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these conditions. The version published at the time of purchase applies to your order.

This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails.
