Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
€4.99 throughout Italy. Free for orders of €49.90 or more.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Express shipping in 24-48 business hours. In remote areas and islands, it may take up to 72 hours.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently, we only deliver in Italy.
How are the products shipped?
The pizza bases and mini pizzas are fresh, pre-cooked, and sealed products. They are shipped in isothermal packaging and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
Products
How should they be stored?
In the refrigerator, from +4 °C to +6 °C. The expiration date is printed on the packaging of each product.
How should they be cooked?
Tray-baked bases: add toppings and bake at 250 °C for 5-7 minutes. Round Roman-style pizza: 4-6 minutes, always at 250 °C. Mini pizzas: 3-4 minutes at 200 °C. The hotter the oven, the crispier the result.
Are they already cooked?
They are pre-cooked: we handle the leavening and initial baking, you handle the final baking after adding your toppings. This way, you get a freshly baked pizza in just a few minutes.
Can I freeze them?
Yes, the bases can be frozen. Thaw them in the refrigerator before adding toppings and baking.
Are there any allergens?
All products contain gluten. Some also contain milk (mini pizzas with mozzarella) or soy (round Roman-style pizza). The complete list of ingredients and allergens is provided on each product page and on the package label.
Do you have gluten-free products?
Gluten-free bases are not currently available in the shop. Write to us if you are interested: we will notify you when they become available.
Orders and payments
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, and cash on delivery.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as possible at robbbertonepizzascoo@libero.it or call us at 333 207 3272. If the shipment has not yet left, we can still intervene.
Do you also sell to pizzerias and resellers?
Yes. For wholesale orders, with dedicated price lists and formats, please contact us directly.
Returns
Can I return a product?
As these are fresh and perishable food items, the right of withdrawal does not apply once they have been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately with a photo: we will resolve it.
