Who Am I

An expert and pizzaiolo for over 20 years, after training more than 1000+ pizza enthusiasts and true professionals worldwide, I decided to open my own pizza school and dedicate myself to the world of teaching.


Techniques, secrets, procedures to create a perfect pizza: whether you want to replicate it at home with friends (and make the best pizza you've ever made) or you want to learn to become a true professional and open your own pizzeria.

I have perfected my technique and my recipes for years, always respecting the Roman tradition, in which I grew up and which I have been able to savor and share with relatives and friends over the years.

My passion for pizza has driven me to do all of this and I hope to pass it on to you, who are on the other side of the screen!
